I like the powerbar more i think Deads 70 x 10 120 x 5 170 x 5 - doh 220 x 3 250 x 3 270 x 2 - not happy really wanted 5, just not happening 270 x 2 270 x 1 270 x m x 1 - tried a different set up, didn't work! Lost it half way up and ended up doing a one armed squat with bar at 45 degrees! f**k knows how I finished and racked it !
