Well tonight was bit s**t. Tried benching but only bar was bent to f**k and every press was like a pendulum swing. f**kin horrible

Bench
60 x 10
100 x 5
110 x 5
120 x 5
130 x 3
145 x 3
160 x f - s**te

Then jumped in on arms session. f**k me can't feel em now

Skullcrushers straight into sets of 40 close grip pressing (4 sets)

Hammer curls

Preacher curls drop set

Push downs and summat else. f**ked

Lads have chipped in and got a texas deadlift bar. Not quite made my mind up about it. I like the powerbar more i think

Lol! So true. The biggest collection of bent shagged bars ever, but I don't understand why no f**ker lifts anything remotely heavy there!
