Had targeted 14 inch for 300kg this week, although i didnt achieve that weight an inch down hitton 290kg im still lookin at it as goal achieved this week! The bonus of a push press Pb is great, a few targets now for next week:



Deadlift 280kg from floor

Deficit Deadlift (3 to 4") 250kg minimum

Push Press 120kg

Close Grip 130-140kg for rep efforts



Really enjoying training, never had 4 major Pbs in a week before like this. Time to enjoy a few well earned days out of the gym!

sessions looking good as of late, it does not matter how short as they are obviously effective and your numbers are moving up again, your standing press pb is now equal to mine at 95kg, I'm aiming for 100kg this block from the floor as a clean and press, race you lol!
