Push Press 60x5 80x2 90x3 100x2 110x1 equal pb easy 115xF locked out then lost overhead....cant really count it....weird rep! 112.5x1 Pb and easy! Had targeted 14 inch for 300kg this week, although i didnt achieve that weight an inch down hitton 290kg im still lookin at it as goal achieved this week! The bonus of a push press Pb is great, a few targets now for next week: Deadlift 280kg from floor Deficit Deadlift (3 to 4") 250kg minimum Push Press 120kg Close Grip 130-140kg for rep efforts Really enjoying training, never had 4 major Pbs in a week before like this. Time to enjoy a few well earned days out of the gym! | ||
