General Conditioning


Grid work

15s sprint over 71 metres followed by 15s jog over 32 metres x8 reps (4 minute work block)


50 metre sprints x10 reps, 1 rep every 30 seconds.


Touch Rugby x3 sets of 5 minute blocks


Hard but need it.

Never deadlifted nor gone above head this frequently and done sessions whilst still being sore, and although im not entirely fresh for alot of these sessions im enjoying it and can really see the future benefits. Bar is too whippy for partial deads and i am maxed out for weight at 310kg so I will need to look to deadlift elsewhere in the near future and get re acclimatised to a competition bar.

This was really tough, esp. boxing....hands are still shaking as i type! 80kg set was a limit 4 as was the 90kg single but fresh a pb needs to happen next week now!
