Bar is too whippy for partial deads and i am maxed out for weight at 310kg so I will need to look to deadlift elsewhere in the near future and get re acclimatised to a competition bar. Some targets for next week: military press PB 300kg Dl @ 16 and 14 inch. | ||

Couldnt resist another session today Military Press barx10 50x3 60x2 70x1 80x4 90kgx1 Equal Pb Floor Press 60x8 80x3 100x9 100x12 weird much better set 100x10 Pushdownsx20x4 sets 90 minutes later Boxing and grappling conditioning x6 2 minute rounds w/ 1 minute intervals. x2 120 metre sprints 18s. This was really tough, esp. boxing....hands are still shaking as i type! 80kg set was a limit 4 as was the 90kg single but fresh a pb needs to happen next week now! | ||
