sub 4 hour marathon (training for the ironman , i dont wanna be a marathon runner)

sub 30 minute 1 mile swim

-Earn money a more exciting way
-Stay happy
-Make more time for people
-Compete in some form of PL/ SM comp
-Learn when I'm cleaning windows on my Christmas ukulele and put it on YouTube with vocals

Don't really have any gym numbers in mind but I want to get down to 90kg bw, get fitter and better at events.

Comp wise the goals are to win the welsh under 90s and natty under 90s but 2014 might be more realistic for that Happy
