Podium a Novice comp and enter a few Open level comps. Reach a lean (ish) 115kg bodyweight. Strength goals include:

300kg Deadlift (currently 280kg)
250kg Squat (currently 220kg)
180kg Bench (currently 155kg)
140kg Overhead (currently 122.5kg)
130kg Strict Press (currently 117.5kg)
GET BETTER AT EVENTS!! Happy

I want to total over 700kg (240/180/280) unequipped and also get my bodyweight down to have the option of competing at 120kg (currently in the 130-132 range but so badly out of shape it is not even funny). I also want to help my powerlifting club grow (Big Bear Powerlifting) and also help the federation (NIPF) build on last years success.
