Jacko - Bad...closely followed by Right Said Fred - Up. It seems that as a wee lad I couldnt get enough of the sexual deviants.

I like Boars 50 push ups in a minute goal. I might see how many I can get tmw.

I dont have a journal but my unnoficial goals are:

1. Have a major-injury free year

2. Stop deadlifting like a complete c**t and sort my form out

3. 260/180/230

just read some of the comments on there, people there reckons he is too jacked up to be clean, what are people opinions on that??

hmm hard to call...

he is rediculously massive, but not super lean and ripped. I think generally when people look like WWF wrestlers (huge AND lean) its pretty obvious they've had some help.

You do get the odd genetic freak, e.g there was a kid aged SEVENTEEN who weighed in at 145kg ish at the West Mids on Sunday...he was tall, and certainly not lean, but not a total fat mess either. I suppose I could see him looking something like that guy in 15 years time.

r.e the comment about shirt benching alone and any shirt you get on by yourself having no effect...

Well both me and Joel sometimes train shirt bench alone, we both have training shirts that are loose enough to get on alone...It takes some practice and it aint pretty in fact in my case the taking off of the shirt brings images of a ugly red baby crocodile pecking its way out of a shell.

But it IS possible to get a shirt on by yourself and get some carryover from it, I reckon i get ~20kg from my training shirt.

If that was a real camel it would have to get special wide fitting camel shoes from like a specialist shop.

hmm i dont know...

dont get me wrong you are making good progress but for me, triples at 107 didnt equal 120 single.
