Right, its about time I put my journal on here...

as you can see, my current total is 495@93kg although I weighed in at 91 this morning. This consists of:

Squat (oly stance): 170kg
Deadlift : 210kg
Bench: 115kg

Routine will look something like:

Mon

Squat - 5x3
Paused bench - 5x3
Pullthroughs - 4x8
Wide chins - 3x6+

Weds
OHP - 3x5
Deadlift - 5x3
Seated row - 5x5
Cuff

Fri
CG Bench - 3x8
Box squat - working up to 2x3
45 row - 5x5
Decline smith bench - 3x8

Main goal is 200/140/260 giving me a raw total of 600 at whatever bodyweight and I want this by the end of 2008

Well I was thinking, damm he is being a bit optimistic with achieving those goals by the end of the year, then I remembered that we are still in 2007, lol....good luck with it harris.

wasn't gonna train today, but a mixture of boredom, s**t daytime tv and being on a high from getting my uni results sent me to the gym. It's also become evident that I may need to move gyms in order to get someone with similar goals as me to train with.

yeah im really starting to doubt the benefits of very heavy OHP. Id just hit ohp for reps and use push press for really heavy stuff.
