This consists of: Squat (oly stance): 170kg Deadlift : 210kg Bench: 115kg Routine will look something like: Mon Squat - 5x3 Paused bench - 5x3 Pullthroughs - 4x8 Wide chins - 3x6+ Weds OHP - 3x5 Deadlift - 5x3 Seated row - 5x5 Cuff Fri CG Bench - 3x8 Box squat - working up to 2x3 45 row - 5x5 Decline smith bench - 3x8 Main goal is 200/140/260 giving me a raw total of 600 at whatever bodyweight and I want this by the end of 2008 | ||

It's also become evident that I may need to move gyms in order to get someone with similar goals as me to train with. | ||
