Sq/DL Assistance GM's or DE Sq's DB Lunges Heavy Walkouts Front Squats 3. Bench Upper 4" Board Press 5" Lockouts DB or Machine Rows T Bar or SSVNB Rows 4. ME SQ Sq DL Abs | |||

thats f**king awesome squatting, moving up to 100kg looks like its been a great move. Was that the 40 Cent? You look way more controlled than before too. |
