It is pretty much the most directly relevant exercise unless you wanted to set up some kind of directly opposing force with bands and cables. b, my right shoulder is f**ked but i need to strengthen the left one for shot putt season. c, it is my log of nothing specific and if i think something looks cool by harry i shall do it. Anyway, really enjoyed this. 28/12 At Brain and Brawn Morley with the West Riding Lads Bench 60 x 5 60 x 5 100 x 3 110 x 2 120 x 1 130 x 1 140 x 1 150 x f stayed stock still for at least 5 minutes before i had to give up on it. 130 x 5 PB nice 120 x 8 f 9, after the 8th it felt like i could do it. But again just stopped. Squat bar x 5 bar x 5 70 x 5 110 x 1 130 x 1 150 x 1 165 x 1 180 x 1 very happy with this. Did feel heavy but went nicely. Chins 5 5 5 Bent row 50 x 10 50 x 10 50 x 10 Really fun session and went out for curry and beer after it. The set up at Brain and Brawn is great now. I have never really had a problem when benching. Adding overhead really did messed with it though. It is the same shoulder that i tore in a mosh pit 10 years ago and the same one that stopped me boxing 7 years ago (although the fact that I was utterly s**te at boxing also played a big part in this). Will have to be more careful with the overhead from now on. | |||
