with the bench hand off. The no side pass doesn't surprise me. I never liked them. Unless you have an experienced set of spotter you can end up with a very uneven hand off.

Letting the spotter know when you want it makes everyones job a lot easier. I always tell people as they come on to the platform to let me know when they wanted it. Some still dont.

Cheers Bim, yes its out of the rack. Only ever seen one other person squatting at the gym so i dont have to battle for a rack.

I havent trained it in years because I never saw any real carryover to bench. But it will be interesting to see if there is a carryover into shot putt.
