with the bench hand off. The no side pass doesn't surprise me. I never liked them. Unless you have an experienced set of spotter you can end up with a very uneven hand off. Letting the spotter know when you want it makes everyones job a lot easier. I always tell people as they come on to the platform to let me know when they wanted it. Some still dont. | |||
