The daily max is meant to be a "casual max" but i got greedy and have been grinding a lot more than i should. Will be more sensible with these going forward. I think its Jurgen Klopp who said, "I would rather loose and know exactly why then win and have no idea how it happened". The strength is there mate. Just a few little adjustments and that 750 will drop. Also that last bench was agonizing close but after a lift like that to come out and deadlift well is incredible. | |||
