I like dead hangs as part of the shoulder warm up. Get loads of lovely cracking noises off them. I am finding at the moment I can train squats once a week with no problem. I have tried to up the volume on a couple of time and each time my hip lets me know its a bad idea. | |||

Bit of a shoulder niggle so took a few days off. Came back Monday to try it out. 12.12 Bench Press 60 x 5 60 x 5 100 x 3 110 x 1 120 x 1 130 x 1 140 x 1 120 x 7 PB nice, no grind. 120 just felt really light in my hands. Partial Bench 100 x 7 100 x 7 100 x 7 Cable Chest Flyes 25 x 10 25 x 10 25 x 10 Incline Bench 82.5 x 6 82.5 x 6 82.5 x 6 Short session but happy with it. Soundtrack Visions of Disfigurement Slam band from Slamchester. Saw them on Friday. Nice to see some young blood coming through in the scene. | |||

Missed the train coming into work Wednesday morning so I had to go straight to work. Which means 2 workouts in 12 hours (Wednesday evening and Thursday morning). Wednesday went well. Thursday went as well as could be expected. 7/12 Squat bar x 5 bar x 5 60 x 5 100 x 1 120 x 1 140 x 1 150 x 1 160 x 1 172.5 x 1 150 x 5 really enjoyed this today. Squatting went really well.
