Training 7/2/14 Felt really rough today, worked a 12 hour shift overnight Squat Bar x few 60kg x 5 60kg x 5 60kg x 5 Belt on 60kg x 1 100kg x 2 100kg x 2 140kg x 2 170kg x 1 175kg x 3 Overhead Strict Bar x few 60kg x 2 60kg x 2 80kg x 1 80kg x 1 80kg x 1 Not done these in months so quite happy with where they were at. Start building up from this now I'm training properly again | |||
