Bench 3/2/2012 warm up with bar 60 x 1 60 x 5 100 x 5 100 x 3 115 x 1 125 x 1 failed 2nd rep about half way 100 x 5 120 x 2 125 x 1 failed 2nd again same place 125 x 1 125 x 1 125 x 1 failed 2nd rep again for the 3rd time lol - half way again weird one today, 125 (just over 96% of 1rm)for a single felt easy, but i couldn't manage it for a second rep. I'm putting it down to fatigue from a hard weeks training. 125 for a double will go EASY next session | |||

Mm I suppose your right riain. 170 for 1 triple is definitly there for next session though. I felt much more comfertable using this technique though, eased into the bar more. Just overall better | |||
