125 x 1 failed 2nd rep again for the 3rd time lol Unhappy - half way again

weird one today, 125 (just over 96% of 1rm)for a single felt easy, but i couldn't manage it for a second rep. I'm putting it down to fatigue from a hard weeks training. 125 for a double will go EASY next session

Mm I suppose your right riain. 170 for 1 triple is definitly there for next session though. I felt much more comfertable using this technique though, eased into the bar more. Just overall better

Well I went up to 84 but I've cut back down to 80 now (morning that is). But I feel stronger for it in all 3 lifts

Cheers buddy, I'm gonna build up my reps before I go for a new pb. Work on reps on a high percentage will benefit me more than 1 repping anyway..
