Doing some core training 100 x 5 100 x 5 Fin. Last training session before comp. Feel good and ready. Only trained powerlifting for 7 and a half weeks so I'm quite happy | |||

Deadlift 12/3/2012 70 x 5 70 x 3 120 x 3 150 x 1 170 x 1 175 x 1 (equal pb) 180 FAIL (best attempt yet, broke the floor with it, will definitely go soon 175 x 1 175 x 1 175 x 1 finished with some light lat pull downs and some dumbbell rowing and dumbbell curls 4 singles on my pb not too bad, happy with this i think 180 is defo there in the comp | |||
