Training 5/4/2012 Bench 20 x 20 20 x 10 60 x 8 80 x 3 100 x 2 120 x 1 130 F (this was sue to tendon pains in my left shoulder and both elbows) 115 x 4 :S 100 x 8 100 x 8 100 x 8 60 x 22 this was really bad as i had bad pains particularly in my left shoulder... anyone suggest anything which can help tendons in shoulders?????? Strict press 60 x 5 60 x 5 60 x 4 Dumbbell shoulder press 25 x 10 30 x 5 (thanks to sam chesney stroking my face as i was in the middle of a set lol) 30 x 8 30 x 5 30 x 5 I've been doing a lot of heavy pressing recently in both bench and log, so i'm going to have a deload week next week to let me tendons heal a bit.... | |||
