He's pulled 405kg raw before so could maybe do a little more on the deadlift if needed.

His bench is his weakest lift because he had a pec tear a few years ago and it took him a while to recover from it. It is very difficult to come back from a pec tear and get a 600lb+ raw bench ever.

I think there is no disputing that there is more there on the squat.

Amazing lifting.

Come on there was more than 10kg on that squat! I reckon there was another 5kg on bench and 10kg on deadlift, I honestly think hes capable of a 500kg squat in the near future! Probably 1150kg there already. Embarassed

There isn't a lot left on the bench, But I think he could add more to his deadlift.

The reality of it is, he doesn't have to because hes head and shoulders above everyone else.

He's done 433 without a hitch! He could do a massive bench if he trained for it I just wanna know what he can squat.
