old age traveller Member 332, 7865 posts | Thanks guys. Early AM Bench 60x10x2 100x10 130x4 150x1 161x1 year pb, would be nice to beat last years best of 163 at some point soon. Long Leg Bench 130x5 130x5 130x4 130x4 110x9x3sets 60x60 Early PM ERG 10minutes 2161m 18 115 100mx3 19.5 18.3 17.0 30s 191m PB 1.18.5 58spm 1minute 366m =pb 1.21.9 50spm 4mins 813m 20 114 Had fancied a crack at a 1minute pb but could not get going on the 100's so did the 30seconds instead that was better so had a go at the minute. I started way too slow and almost HD two thirds through i will probably try again next week without the 30s and hope to add a Meter or 2. Late afternoon ERG 2x10AT 2804m 1.46.9 27 153 2716m 1.50.4 25 159 Early evening, I pulled boy the go kart and compost bin (combined weight about 85kg) up "the hill" quite steep for the first half, about 400m total I should think I was hitting AT HR.

Thanks, 220 raw 240 shirt in competition, I think if I had todays "super Katana" back then I would of done around 280. In recent times (over 50 and under 93kg) I have done 165.5 raw and 212.5 in comps, with a 173 raw T+g

old age traveller Member 332, 7865 posts | After my 2x10AT I had to go and fetch takeout burgers for The Wife and Boy (they were at a session elsewhere) The Burgers were from a gourmet van type place parked outside a new "brewery pub" place with a hundred or so boozers outside It was the first time I had been there. I pulled up ordered and paid so far so good, got back in the truck and went to park up ccccccccccccrrrrrrrunnnnnnch The top of my truck A frame made contact with the burger vans "opening flap" good job there was only a hundred or so boozers to witness it!!!! Burger man was in a little bit of a strop i remained calm "no one got killed" kind of thing. I got a ladder, hammer and a Knocking block from the truck and promptly put the flap back into position. They enjoyed the burgers!

We used to do it in the old days without "bench racks" just rely on your good spotters. I have lifted 300kg with bands in my power rack, just have to make sure everything is set up properly. TBH I would like to see PL get rid of the spotters off the platform, that will sort out who can lift what.

old age traveller Member 332, 7865 posts | Todays ERG 7x3x3mr Back in January I had done 3 below 1.40 but could not manage the fourth so that was todays plan I went out early to get it over with. 10mins 2339m 19 117 2x3x3MR 1802m 1.39.8 31 900m 1.40.0 29 157 902m 1.39.7 33 166 Straight away my legs were toasted I nearly called it after rep 1 but decided to try Rep 2 to see if it got better, it did not I was up at 36SPM just to hang on. Quit the timer squeaked out 5 more with ever longer rests. 900m 1.40.0 29 157 888m 1.41.3 32 163 882m 1.42.0 31 164 883m 1.41.9 30 163 901m 1.39.8 32 167 3mins 614m 20 116. Well I got them done not in the fashion I would of liked but faster than I thought during rep 1.
