i was going to take a picture but the gym c**t ran over with a mop an dbucket and practically started washing it 5 seconds after my set lol. he had a proper c**ty look on his face

starting to think im gonna reach a 300 dead or very close in the coming weeks. im going to continue adding 10kgs a week. initial goal was 260, 272.5 at a push but i feel as though im going to smash these lol.

as for squat, im going to go back to low bar as i was allways stronger at this. see what i can do like that.
