I have go about 120 lifts on video, not sure how to present them - all squats together etc or individual lifters own lifts in 1 vid ? i know a lot of the lifters but some i dont | ||

The 100 kilo lifter was awesome, so so strong as was Ian Shaw and Moz at 90kg and Tokars deadlifts were f**king great. Thanks again to the organisers/spotters/loaders who all did a brilliant job and everyone who gave me support and encouragement. | ||

I had an awesome exeperience today and will willingly compete again. so anyway back to the gym for some serious work | ||
