Cheer's beefy! Well wouldn't exactly call myself a powerlifter but I am looking at doing a comp at some point, and am loving deadlifting again Happy Any comp plans for you??

Worked up to 80Kg x 5

Worked up to 95Kg x 20 m (drop and turn @ 10)
+50kg with fat gripz x 20 x 2
