Squat up to 177.5kg x 1 - 7.5kg PB I then tried push pressing for the first time. Nearly knocked myself out with 80kg under the chin. Then got 80kg for a single but failed 90kg a couple of times. OHP up to 65kg x 3 sets of 5 Pendlay rows up to 95kg x 10,10,7 I'm going to go for 400lbs on Wednesday I think. | ||

I probably shouldn't have tried to keep up with kev! First time pulling at that height so something to build on. | ||

A couple of months of graft at lighter weights then a couple of weeks trying to hit pbs seems to really work for me. Wish I hadn't tried the 290 though as my lower back is suffering now! | ||
