Today wasn't great. I slept badly and my body feels battered from yesterday. Time to lie on the sofa and eat all day!

OHP up to 72.5kg x 2 - pb. I really need to work on my pressing

CGBP up to 115kg x 1

Incline db 38kg x 10,10

It was a good Sunday. All I did was go out to eat after through gym and then lie around doing nothing (I did that at home not out though)

Another good session.

Squat up to 177.5kg x 1 - 7.5kg PB

I then tried push pressing for the first time. Nearly knocked myself out with 80kg under the chin. Then got 80kg for a single but failed 90kg a couple of times.

OHP up to 65kg x 3 sets of 5

Pendlay rows up to 95kg x 10,10,7

I'm going to go for 400lbs on Wednesday I think.

290kg x f, didn't even move. I probably shouldn't have tried to keep up with kev! First time pulling at that height so something to build on.

Feels good at the moment mate. A couple of months of graft at lighter weights then a couple of weeks trying to hit pbs seems to really work for me.

Wish I hadn't tried the 290 though as my lower back is suffering now!
