Had a days less rest than normal because I felt great. One set of deadlifts is a lot less taxing than many reps!

Squats no belt 145 x 5 x 5, equal pbs I believe

Bench

105 x 5
115 x 8 - PB
125 x 3ish - spotter grabbed the bar, might have had it, probably not
105 x 10 - PB

Machine rows 65 x 4 x 8

Curls / overhead db extensions

Good fun. Enjoying training still.

One more week then it'd back to reps. Solid base of lots of reps leads to a few weeks of pbs. Back to reps soon once I stop having fun...

135 x 5 - PB and more progress, think the pauses are too long for leg strength but helping me get into a decent position. Upper back rounded on the last 2 reps though.

Been having issues trouble getting to and then staying asleep. Weird dreams and a lot of sweating going on, normally a sign I need a break.

So...

Squats and paused squats up to 110

Stretching

Then an epic dinner consisting of garlic bread, homemade wedges, ribeye steak, spinach, roasted tomatoes & peppercorn sauce followed by strawberries and hasten dasz ice cream.

Few more meals like that, another light session or two and I'll be back to normal Happy

I'd literally die if I had that these days. Just had a stuffed crust asda 10in meat feast pizza and just about managed it! probably under 80kg in the mornings these days!
