Had a days less rest than normal because I felt great. One set of deadlifts is a lot less taxing than many reps!Squats no belt 145 x 5 x 5, equal pbs I believe

Shoulder had real issues at this point. Tried incline bench, incline Dbs and incline Dbs with palms facing in - wasn't happening

135 x 5 - PB and more progress, think the pauses are too long for leg strength but helping me get into a decent position. Upper back rounded on the last 2 reps though.

Been having issues trouble getting to and then staying asleep. Weird dreams and a lot of sweating going on, normally a sign I need a break.
So...
Squats and paused squats up to 110
Stretching
Then an epic dinner consisting of garlic bread, homemade wedges, ribeye steak, spinach, roasted tomatoes & peppercorn sauce followed by strawberries and hasten dasz ice cream.
Few more meals like that, another light session or two and I'll be back to normal

I'd literally die if I had that these days. Just had a stuffed crust asda 10in meat feast pizza and just about managed it! probably under 80kg in the mornings these days!
