thanks for the advice fella's will be good to meet you all on the 8th!
I'm a bit of a s**t out when it comes to squatting I'm not sure I have the confidence to drop much quicker
but I guess there's only one way to find out!

operation grow some squat bo***cks continues again in 10 mins ,target 145x3 to comp depth!COME ON!

paused box squat 115kx2 125kx2 132.5kxfail 100kx5

sit ups 30/30/30

pretty pleased even if they were'nt quite comp depth ,the key to squatting is definitely not to panic on the way down will try this again next week! vids to follow!

Good man, and I reckon Boar is on the money, if you had a little dig at the bottom that 150 would have been well in. And I don't want any defeatist talk, remember a) you've got comp experience, b) I haven't! and c) I might well be joining your belly in the 100s cos I'm apparently getting one too lmao!!! I was 91kg this morning!

SOUTHERN MEET UP

really enjoyable day great atmosphere ,good to meet some forum members all of whom turned out to be top blokes!

bit of a mixed day lifting wise trained really hard for the overheads but didnt have anything on the day,and my deadlift has been going backwards and I managed 2 pbs ,funny old world sometimes!

clean and press 90k / 100k failed clean /100k cleaned failed press 3 times /100k cleaned failed press

deadlift 200k/217.5pb/220kpb happy days!
