Strong stuff as always Rob. Looking at that i've presumed you've pulled more than 300kg in the past? Just keeping 300kg on your 'sugden PB list' is it is your comp PB pull?

Cheers boys, yeah going good at the moment and more importantly my bw is under control, weighed 85.2 this morining which for me would be a doddle to get to 83 or weigh in.
Paul, been over 300 a load of times now, best gym is a ropey 320, done a good 317.5 last december, and 310 fairly regularly in the gym, really need to get the comp lift moving.

Training Yesterday
Paused Box Squat Tekkers against double greens (60kg@ Top) 4x3 @ 120kg (Got one rep drastically wrong and was subsequently pinned to the box for a few seconds)
Sumo Deadlift Tekkers 4x3@ 180kg (All good)
CG Bench Press 2x5@150kg (Slow but strong)
Goodmornings Squat Stance 2x5 @ 180kg (Tough after the week I've had, but pretty happy)
Straight Bar Row with 3's Pause on Chest 3x8
DB Skullcrushers 2x10 @ 16kg
Face Pulls 2x10
DB Incline Curls 2x6-10 with 14kkg db's (Embarrassing)

Had 3 heavy sessions this week due to the squads so I was knackered yesterday and today, got another heavy session tomorrow but should be fine after sleeping.

Today 4th Heavy Session in 8 days so felt pretty wiped out doing this.
Equipped Squat + Chains (+30kg @ top) x1 @ 300,315 (both high still but handling the weight well)
Deadlift Belt Only x1 @ 270F (Didn't budge it was to be expected really legs were like jelly after squatting)
Deadlift 5x1@ 220
Bench + Chains x1 @ 165,172.5 (+20kg@ Top)
Bench + Chains 3x3@130kg

Mixed bag should feel better for thursdays heavy session, looking to reverse band squat 290, reverse band deadlift 330 and bench 205-7.5 + chains .

BB Push Press 2x5@100kg (Shes getting there)

Tuesday (No Belt)
Squat Tekkers (Extra Deep) 4x3@150 Paused
Deficit Deadlift 4x3@180kg
SA Pulldowns x2x5
Face Pulls 2x10

No it was not!! I'm pretty brutal at it, but I am aiming for 120 x 5 soon.

Just a quick update on the last weeks training
Reverse Band Squats x1 @ 270, 290F (Was close but no cigar)
Reverse Band Deadlift x1 @ 300, 325F (Was tired and messed it up)
Bench in Loose Shirt + Chains 205 x 1

Goodmornings 2x5@ 190,200
CG Bench Press 2x5@ 155kg
Band Resisted Squats (Double Greens) 3x3@ 120 (180@ top)
Deadlift Technique 3x3@180
Straight Bar Row 2x6
DB Skullcrushers 2x8@ 20kg
Face Pulls 2x10
Incline Curls 2x8

Yesterday
Low Box Squat x1@ 200,220 (I think some sort of pb to this height, and it was wee wee easy, this is the lift that really is my gauge for my equipped squat, if I can get it to 230 I'm fairly confident that I will Squat 330-5 equipped, or thats the plan anyway)
Equipped Deadlift x1@ 290,300 (All good just getting used to the suit again)

Yesterday's training.
Equipped Squat (All of these were high but I'm still getting used to the suits still. Need to push my hip back more as well!)
x1 @ 300,320,340 (340 was closest to being in, 1/2 inch or so)
Loose Shirt Bench Press with pauses x 1@ 195,210,220 (220 is the mot I've ever lifted in this shirt an the last time I did that I benched 247.5 at the squad session)

Tomorrow
U/E Bench Press (195+ Hopefully)
Deadlifts (310+ hopefully)

Cheers Jack, I still have a way to go before it would be a decent attempt though. Thinking about putting it in at the English just for a laugh!

Total 862.5 BR

Treated this like a training session so really happy to reclaim the total record from Tom, now the goal is to put it out of reach and hopefully make it the best British wilks total of all time (897.5 @ 83).
Will do a full report later today or tomorrow.
