Dips:

Not a great bench session, my left bicep started hurting during my final bench sets and was in a lot of pain throughout the session. From standing press onwards I was taking it easy.

Squat:

160kg x 6

Deadlift:

210kg x 3
260kg x 6

Barbell Shrugs:

240kg x 6

Much better squatting now that the weight has been put down, technique was spot on! Deadlift and shrugs were easy too.

First post for a while, due to lack of internet access while moving house! This session was a recovery from a hamstring tear a couple of weeks ago, still not fully healed yet though.

The hamstring is healing nicely, although it did hurt a bit on my heavy squat and deadlift sets! The sets felt easy enough though, so it seems no strength has been lost

Not sure why I missed so many reps this session, my bodyweight is getting back to what it was a week ago and I felt pretty strong going into the session. My bench clearly needs a lot of work to get back to my best. On the plus side, standing press, chin-ups and dips have all got better!

Weights are slowly creeping up as my hamstring heals, and my bodyweight's nearly back above 100kg. Hopefully in a couple of weeks it'll all be back to normal!

Apart from missing a rep on the bench, a solid session. Showed up an old training partner who said I couldn't seated press more than him (65kg for 6) by doing 67.5kg easy!

With every session my leg gets better, the sets are starting to feel like they used to - heavy finals!

Strange session today, bodyweight went down but everything felt easy! Went up on chin-ups and dips, and going up next time on curls and standing press

Seems like my hamstring's healed, didn't feel anything today. Still going to slowly increase the weight until I get back to what I was doing before
