From standing press onwards I was taking it easy. | ||

Deadlift and shrugs were easy too. | ||

This session was a recovery from a hamstring tear a couple of weeks ago, still not fully healed yet though. | ||

The sets felt easy enough though, so it seems no strength has been lost | ||

My bench clearly needs a lot of work to get back to my best. On the plus side, standing press, chin-ups and dips have all got better! | ||

Hopefully in a couple of weeks it'll all be back to normal! | ||

Showed up an old training partner who said I couldn't seated press more than him (65kg for 6) by doing 67.5kg easy! | ||

Still going to slowly increase the weight until I get back to what I was doing before | ||
