Very impressive mate! Are the sets you post here just work sets or do they include warm ups? How else do you warm up? How do you cycle your weights?

Thanks mate. These sets are all I do, just enough to warm up for a heavy set of 6. I also do not cycle weights like others do, just go as heavy as possible for a reasonably hard set of 6 except just after a competition where I drop the weights back a bit.
