Squats felt very good.Hard but in control & to depth.

Fightday Circuit nearly killed me. Couldn`t do some of the stuff 100%
correctly so did the best i could.Felt so sick after just 1 circuit that its
embarrasing.I thought my fitness was ticking along but now i know how
bad its got.Must do better.

Not trained all wk on the weights due to working in the ass end of
nowhere on price.
Deads tomorrow then coast in to ground control on sat.
Right get my gear then off to boxing .

Managed 4 circuits in 8 mins 50 or something as poor as that.
Cardio has gone down the pan lately, need to really work it.
Only excuse i can offer is i was on the piss nearly all wkend.
Anyway time to up my game for Bmouth .
No work today so will run to open mat roll for 90 mins & then
walk home.

Wanted to learn oly lifting & the nearest place was the local
crossfit gym.
The bloke who runs the box is pretty laid back & not totally
crossfit by the book.
Still doing my bjj but thought i`d try & get a bit stronger for it.

Need to sort tech on FRONTS as weight was coming up , which is an improvement.
