This would normaly be tues work but seeing as i was snowed off
i thought i`d make the most of it.
All felt heavy today.
Had to clean the first 1 on each press.
No kit was hard but glad i did it.
First wk back training after getting asthmatic(sp) flu.I now have
to use an inhaler when i`m rolling sometimes.Breathing is f**ked &
beginning to piss me off, but at least i can still breathe which is
always a bonus lol.

BB Hangs were realy much harder than i thought.

no mate i`d get smashed.
back training at a slightly less bodyweight of 90k.
doing a very conservative wendlers & have had a play
with some events.nothing major just ticking over really.
got an injured finger which is causing me loads of s**t.
starting to up my gym work but still keeping my cardio
going.

Sat here tonight trying to formulate a training template
to enable me to get to the strength level i want to get
to.With a lot of input from my guru we have formulated a
plan that i think will help me.
Cant wait to get started with the hard work.

Managed to smack myself in the chops on the 3rd rep of the
62k set lol.Managed to finnish set with blood dripping from my lip.
DB Lat raises were done with no rest between sets same as the
face pulls.
Not a bad sess seeing as i was a bit achey after yesterdays training.
