AGILITY LADDER as my ribs were having no more & i read they were good for strongman lol Tech was crap on everything but at least it`s moving forward slowly. Pressing is something i am looking forward to improving massively. FRAME HOLD head was gone after miss load. Felt pretty heavy. STONES back was fried & had nothing left.
