Sprints were hard .
Circuit had me blowing a bit to say the least.
Dips were cheeky.
Curls for the bbq look later.
6 days to my comp so need to ease off & hit the
weight loss cardio now.

Feeling a bit achey & tired at the moment so i thought i`d chuck
in a slightyly easier sess, how wrong i was lol.
Hip Raises were ok.
Lunges were hard work & surely invented by satan ?
Shrimps were real hard on my tri`s & shoulders but a def keeper
in future sessions.
The plan is rest tonight , do a light open mat tomorrow dinner time &
then do the no gi class tomorrow night.After that its time to put my
feet up & rest til the comp on sat , maybe chuck in some light cardio
just to make sure i make the weight.

A Gi is the pyjamas that bjj players normally wear.

I`ve gone of wd40ing big hunky mens chest after stones.
Far easier to slip up behind young men & getting away
with calling it a sport lol.
