OTHER BITS lobbed in to fill out the sess. I did squats yesterday so just did a tick over sess tonight. Trained at Crossfit West Country tonight & was given a few good pointers from Snap Back Steve. Hopefully i`ll be able to pick up a few tips & ideas from the lads. Was good to train with other people trying to improve themselves | ||
