PRESS felt awkward & heavy but got the reps in.
OTHER BITS lobbed in to fill out the sess.
I did squats yesterday so just did a tick over sess tonight.
Trained at Crossfit West Country tonight & was given a few good pointers
from Snap Back Steve. Hopefully i`ll be able to pick up a few tips &
ideas from the lads. Was good to train with other people trying to improve themselves Wink

PRESS moving forward slowly. this was 70% of my max so quite happyish.

Getting loads of help from the lads at the gym & it is gratefully received.
Highlight of the night was Sam trying to get in to his belt. It was a real

Going to compete in both hopefully next yr.

LOG was rep day so did reps Wink was like a s**tting dog after the first set

STONES blowing after the first set. Did shed loads of stretching but still hard
to get my hips down Angry going to work reps on stones.

BAG CARRY was a shocker. Going to do these but increase sets after every sess now.

Not a bad sess. Was meant to be at works doo but trained instead.Lad who does events with me
had a stormer of a stone sess. All i`m trying to do is keep within distance of him Wink

STRICT PRESS was a bit of a surprise. Nearly passed out on the 70k , everything went black lol.
