SPEED DEADS started to get more like SLUG DEADS so stopped HOLDS felt comfy & will add weight nxt sess All in all not too bad. Loads of rehab stuff for my knee. Could of gone heavier but didn`t want to push my knee too far. 10 min amrap just to blow cob webs away. Just a nice easyish sess to keep me ticking over. Got pyshio later too see if they can see what is wrong with my knee. Hope they can say what it is & how to treat it as i need to get back to training a.s.a.p | ||

My fooked knee is throwing out my stance 1 LEG SQUAT these were done to a 8" platform. Felt a twinge in knee so stopped. KB LEG EXTENSION first time i`ve done these & they are pretty cheeky. Actually managed to train at BJJ last night even tho it was a very slow paced affair but i did draw the line at sparring Onwards & upwards | ||

Still doing BJJ so have to be careful not to over train or burn myself out. Doing a few bits of event training as i think it`ll have a carry over to my grappling. If i get strong enough i may pop up at an U80K comp lol | ||
