Teabagger for hire Member 54, 237 posts | As a relatively stumpy lifter I sometimes struggle passing a bench bar to the long-armed Bryn Evans. As a result of this I sometimes end up applying my sack to his forehead at the beginning of the lift. ALthough he denies it, I have noticed that he always performs best after this has occurred. Nowadays it is often enough for me to simply shout at him prior to a lift "Don't make me put the sack on you". We sometimes refer to this practice as Teabagging - although it does not go the whole hog. Now - WHo's for a centre pass?

Lol, I can imagine that would get very annoying. I was probably quite annoying to train with but I only really got angey for the real big lifts, deadlift pbs, squat pbs etc. Wasnt very often at all. If you're not careful I think you can get emotionally drained otherwise.
