I'll try, anything more than 300 will be a good result onsidering how close it is from the British!

Squat and Deadlift session 3rd April

Squat:

110kg x 6
160kg x 1
180kg x 6

Deadlift:

220kg x 3
260kg x 0

Barbell Shrugs:

230kg x 6

First a bad bench, now a bad deadlift! I did eat a lot just before training which may have had something to do with it. I'll just have to make sure i get it right next time...

Bench Session 5th April

Bench Press:

70kg x 6
90kg x 3
110kg x 6

Chin-ups

Bodyweight x 6

Standing Press

40kg x 6
60kg x 6

Shorter session this time, because I'm working away from home this week and I had to use a pretty dire Uni gym! After the standing press I knew I'd done enough to keep myself ticking over before the weekend.

Deadlift:

210kg x 3
252.5kg x 8

Much better session this time, getting 8 reps on the deadlift made up for the last time! Good considering I haven't squatted or deadlifted in a week

115kg x 6

Standing Press

67.5kg x 6

Dips:

Bodyweight x 6

Bodyweight + 81lb x 6

Best bench session I've ever had, all 6 reps went so easily I'm going up next time! And weighing slightly over 100kg means I should be in much better shape for the European champs.

Another easy deadlift, but no energy left to do more than 6 reps! Squat and shrugs went easy enough aswell, so everything is going up next time

Bodyweight + 81lb x 6

Another great bench session, no spotter on a weight I haven't done before and i still get all 6 reps! And again weighing just over 100kg with 2 training weeks left before the next competition, things are shaping up nicely Happy

This was one of the hardest sessions I've ever done, because of doing lots of heavy lifting at work. But it all seemed very easy, probably had something to do with weighing 102.5kg!

Lost a rep on the bench, but went up on the standing press! Mixed results but I'd rather have got 6 on the bench. Still weighing about 102kg, hopefully I can keep that up for the next couple of weeks

Easily my best bench press session ever, bench was so easy I managed to get an extra rep without too much effort. And everything else managed to stay stable, even my bodyweight! One more bench session left, maybe this time I'll have a decent competition bench!
