you going to do the coan DL routine? seen a few guys here get good results from it? or you could use the Tom martin method. deficit pulls and rack pulls working from the top down

Didnt deadlift till 29yrs old couldnt do 180 when i started so ive put 100k in 2 years just started 18", 12" ,17"about last 6 months thats improved 60k to 330k
and have as of last week dropped "ARMS" day and made it DEADLIFT day i know it will come with alot of work bearing in mind 5 years ago i was stuck on 140k bench and now over 90k on that ..... But yes willing to try anything especially defecits as that is my weakest part of lift

Sorry Bish just got back from work .......
Legs day today begin with back squats bar x20, 60x10,100x6,140x6 belt on no wraps
Work sets 180x5 ,220x3,260x2,260x1
Front squats 50x5 , 80x5 ,110x5, 140x3,170x1,180x1 no chalk on chest bar rolling forward and feeling heavy no heroics today ! 45degree leg press 5 sets untill legs burning dont remember weights but full of 25k plates ,blowing like a train with belt on !
Finished with extensions and hamstring curls .
My mate f**ked up my bench vids from yesterday so Mrs put old vid from last year on you tube but i dont know how to embed onto my training journal its just a bit of decline work
if anyone can do this for me who understands technology it would be much appreciated . On You Tube it is called "j pateman heavy bench ". I APOLOGISE FOR BEING SO THICK

That bar looks horrible to deadlift with, ZERO flex in it al all.

EDIT: There's a little bit of flex but not much Grin

No mate first is 190 for reps second is an attempted double with 230(3x20k3x15k+bar) i use decline to increase my flat bench as it teaches me to incorperate my lats into pressing .i have done a single with 250 raw. I also use smith machine on flat bench up to 250k plates + bar to get me used to pressing heavy(without the balance or fear of imminent death)Eek

OVERHEAD DAY
Warm up x plenty with empty bar to start still suffering badly with elbow so strapped it up and plodded on 60kgx10 ,100x8,140x5,145x3,150x2(couldnt snap out three reps)
Elbow niggling me but ive started so ill finish ....!
Axle clean and press from belt no max today just trying to get a few reps 71kx5, 71x5 ,101x4,121x3,141x3
Normally do single arm dumbell press but arm says NO.
Karlsen crucifix flyes 30kx10 35x10 40x6
instead of strict press i went smith machine seated press 67kx4 ,97x4,127x6,167x2
Chumpy flyes to fin ........Tried out new camera vids to follow
