I felt slow when I saw your speed, I have a bit of a glass back at the moment from high neck work, have not been to physio and it has been months need an urgent mot me thinks lol!

Nice beltless squats! Made them look easy! Speed off the floor on the deadlifts is looking great at the minute! What time you wanting to train on monday? Are you gonna be wanting to bench with the bands?

Nice videos there and all looked easy especially the deadlifts they looked stupidly fast haha and are you hoping to continue without a belt?

Thanks buddy. I will probably go beltless for a few sessions in the coming weeks but will put it on for squats and deads this week.

I benched this afternoon, my shoulders are still sore so I expected very little out of this session, however it actually went quite well under the circumstances.
Bench Press
1 x 10 20 kgs
1 x 5 60 kgs
1 x 5 80 kgs
1 x 5 100 kgs
1 x 8 120 kgs
1 x 8 107.5 kgs
Inverted Rows 4 x 12
Dips 4 x 25
The benching felt ok but I think I am going to have to take a deload next week and drop the weights right back after that to let my shoulders recover. This is a bit disappointing after glimmers of hope recently for my long stalled bench press, but I think it has to be done to avoid serious injury.
I kept the assistance stuff bodyweight orientated today to go easier on the shoulders, it all felt stupidly easy.
