Chins with just red band 6,6,6 pb so probably lost a bit of weight lol

Had a good session, was pleased with the deads from that height, find it a difficult height to pull from

Indeed, squats felt ok, back where bar goes is sore today, bruised and scabby, that's what happens whenyou don't squat for ..... Ages
