Member 13, 14460 posts SQ 230, BP 180.5, DL 262.5673.0 kgs @ 128kgs UnEq Administrator | cheers mate, should be pretty easy think i will get the chins done pretty soon, seem to be making good progress with them plan training wise is monday - pressing tuesday - treadmill wednesday squat/deadlift alternating heavy/speed thursday - speed pressing friday - treadmill saturday - rest sunday - treadmill i think alot of the time i will treadmill thursday instead of friday, depending on how i feel after wednesdays session treadmill is gonna be a mix of stuff, probably be alot of things like run 400m walk 100m x 5 etc etc, working towards getting the 5k done, have looked at the couch to 5k plan and will be taking some ideas from it plan is roughly to get some work in on the treadmill in the week, then sundays go for as long as i can | ||

Allegedly very strong, but only Carls word for it Member 682, 838 posts | Trainings looking good mate, and well done on the house and award! Have a look into a programme called couch to 5k. You can then adjust it to where your at at, its a good routine with good progression | ||
