playing rugby now mate

weight at my heviest was 160, most PL comps i was 144 ish

2 weeks ago when i weighed myself i was 127kg

not doing alot due to a torn meniscus at the moment, just physio, rehab and some westside bench!!

saw the surgeon yesterday, thinks i have torn my ACL and mensicus

mri will be 3-6 weeks.......

he thinks i tore my ACL at sugdens strongest man when i dropped the log, but because of my leg strength, havent noticed too much because the other muscles have compensated.

but we will see what the MRI shows!
