Had a go at some shot put yesterday. Did 8.85 with no glide/step then practiced the glide

joined up at a crossfit gym yesterday

session was work up to max hang snatch- got 70kg

then squat, but we decided to do clean and push press, got 90kg and left it there

then the WOD was

in pairs (so half each)

60 squats with 60kg

120 walking lunges with 20kg above your head

180 burpees

as it was our first time we did half.. so 15 sq, 30 lunges, 45 burpees each, and our time was 12:53, it raped me
