Member 13, 14460 posts SQ 230, BP 180.5, DL 262.5673.0 kgs @ 128kgs UnEq Administrator | tyre flip, run back to the start and back to the tyre etc.... 50m, did it in 4 sets of 6, used heavier tyre than last week 1st set 3:07, 2nd set 3:26 scrum machine push 25m in scrummaging position, into 25m push back using arms 4 sets with partner, straight into after partner finished so 1:1 rest 50m sprints from 3 pt start, walk back recovery x5,5 tyre flip battle, 5 each, then 5 push ups then 5 each, 5 tuck jumps, then 10each bit of handling balls good session | ||
