can i just remind you smalls that you nearly had a full on spaz attack whilst doing the watered down kettlebell circuit i used to teach AND you had to BAIL on a 2000m row due to being OUT OF GAS !!!

No spaz attack was had that day, if anything I was making bryce feel better about himself!

And all the best people gas/can't be arsed on their first 2k attempt, ask PAGAN! He's still in the strongman game despite his advanced years, whereas you ducked out the back door and skulk around Carl's journal!

A suicide is running from one side of a rugby pitch, to the next line, back to the start, then to the 2nd line and so on until you have done every line and back, you can advance this by doing pressups or burpees or any other type of mentalness on each line or sprint one way and run back

sprint training is the hardest thing i think i have done

pressing

seated shoulder press from nose height

60kg+ red bands x3,3,3,3,3,3,3,3

seated row 5 sets of 8 and a set of 15

done

tyre flip, run back to the start and back to the tyre etc....

50m, did it in 4 sets of 6, used heavier tyre than last week

1st set 3:07, 2nd set 3:26

scrum machine push 25m in scrummaging position, into 25m push back using arms

4 sets with partner, straight into after partner finished so 1:1 rest

50m sprints from 3 pt start, walk back recovery x5,5

tyre flip battle, 5 each, then 5 push ups then 5 each, 5 tuck jumps, then 10each

bit of handling balls Happy and catching from the kick off

good session

played saturday

rest sunday

tonight i set out a 50m square (200m total), and did sprint, walk, sprint walk, for 4 laps

then jogged a lap, sprint-walk, 2 laps, and jogged last lap

then did walk jog sprint for 4 laps

1.5 miles total mileage

then throwing/catching high ball etc for an hour or so

Tyre flips

Medium tyre - 10

Heaviest tyre - 10,10,10,10,10 each set took 55-57 seconds and I had 2:00 rest between sets, tried finding tyre weight somewhere but didn't have any luck Unhappy

Then spent an hour or so receiving kick offs and lineout throws
