My. Bad leg is getting worse so will lay off squat for a while. But the weeks I've bin doing 180x7 think its catching up.

Bin trying to get my head around a new routine.

Think I've nailed it.

Something like this

Monday squat, deadlift, lats, core

Weds, shoulders, biceps, bike, cross trainer

Sat, bench, db work of chest, tricep work.

Pretty basic but basic is best.

Job done. Cardio is getting better just take it steady. Shoulders are feeling super strong. Will keep with high rep stuff for few weeks.
