Yeah mate wasn't to bad. I don't like to do reps on a high weight! Well it was ok but only seems to hurt when squatting. Will keep resting and using lavender.

Yeah mate we did. Least we no if its needed we can get in n out in 30 mins.

Yeah all iced tomorrow I'll get nurofen.

I dont think you need to step it up, you just need more consistency I think

I agree. I do think I put hard training into it. Hate having this elbow tendon thing

Squats killed me as I've bin doing just singles for a while. Felt good tho. Only took 45 mins n I was done.
