thats amazing considering your PB says 160 , i know the bands help where its hardest but still a very strong lift , can only help your overall bench numbers

It's about -60 off the bottom and -10 at the lockout, which is solid as you have to get the speed from the bottom to get the lift

They will come on loads mate!

thanks boar, im looking to bench 400ibs before im 19 in comp.

yeah carl i like the movement think its good for bench but to early to tell yet.

210x2 felt good could have done 4 but just building a foundation.
180x6 pb

Let curls 3 sets of 10 with the stack.

Bicep curls

20sx5 on each arm
32.5sx5 on each arm
40sx5 on each arm (not stricked)

Good session the 210x2 is a foundation and will add a rep a week (hopefully) until I hit 5. 180x6 felt easy. Plan is to squat 220x5 in next couple months, think it will come easy Happy

Yeah mate, honestly felt good for 4/5 but just adding a rep a week and the 180s are feeling like a joke. Dl weds u in? Think my squat will be going through the roof

last night up the field i done

500m jog then

100m sprints with 100m sprint then 30 seconds rest and then another 100m sprint which i done it 5


times so good start i think.
