Bench 60x10 100x15 120x8 140x4 100x15 Inclined dbs 30sx10 40sx10 50sx10 Loads push downs. My. Bad leg is getting worse so will lay off squat for a while. But the weeks I've bin doing 180x7 think its catching up. | ||

Something like this Monday squat, deadlift, lats, core Weds, shoulders, biceps, bike, cross trainer Sat, bench, db work of chest, tricep work. Pretty basic but basic is best. | ||

Cardio is getting better just take it steady. Shoulders are feeling super strong. Will keep with high rep stuff for few weeks. | ||
