Its been a while, I was beginning to forget how it all worked..

Thank you fellas ... I`m going to squat 3 times per week for 6 weeks is the plan and the aim is a 282.5kg safety bar squat. I obviously can`t train on my own because i cannot load the bar myself and need spotters but i`m lucky to have some good people .

I`m going to keep the journal updated as normal with my rehab and all the bits of worthless s**t exercises i can do ..

See what happens ..

Aim being to Qualify for ESM 105kg 2011 by coming top 7 in the Northerns ..

Couldn't you do some sled dragging? That would work your back aswell. That'd be a hell of a safety bar squat, i can't use that thing at all, a hell of alot harder.
