A simple, but suprising effective crossfit type fitness session using just clean & jerk

Bodyweight clean & jerk - 1st minute do 1 rep, 2nd minute do 2 reps, 3rd minute do 3 reps ...

How many minutes can you keep going?

i would think mabie 7 minutes ? mmmm , does look fun but my forearm is hindering powercleans

At the unit we've done either

60k clean and press. Max reps

60k c+p 20 reps as fast as possible

Both wonderfully horrible

lukeC, with a 240 squat im pretty sure you could clean and jerk 80.2kg even without technique!

You say this but you would think my bench might be a bit higher too lol.

Joni, you might have a point there...whenever I do oh its always strict and I suck at that, you neve know if I tried push pressing I might take to it. Or not lol.

Little a invented a training method called "cardio olympics" tm, it involves doing a set of snatch pulls 120kgx10 then rest for about 10 seconds then do the same with a slightly narrower grip, then repeat until your using a normal deadlift grip, Dr Rick would be able to tell you more about it.
